Fee hike to raise costs for flights from Manila airport

Overseas Filipino Workers, however, remain exempted

The private operator of Metro Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), New NAIA Infra Corp (NNIC), is defending its plan to raise passenger service charges (PSC) starting September 2025.

International passengers will pay 950 pesos ($16.60), up from 550 pesos, while domestic passengers will pay 390 pesos, up from 200 pesos. It will be the first increase since 2000.
