With favourable tax policies, exceptional living standards, and growing investor interest, both cities are redefining the global map for high-net-worth migration

ABU DHABI AND DUBAI TOP GOBAL DESTINATIONS FOR WORLD'S WEALTHIEST

Dubai and Abu Dhabi have solidified their status as premier global destinations for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), according to international real estate consultancy Savills.

In its inaugural Dynamic Wealth Index released in April, Savills ranked the two UAE cities as the most attractive locations for affluent individuals seeking new homes — citing favourable tax policies, high quality of life, and strong investment potential as key drivers.

The index, developed to monitor cities best positioned to attract and grow both personal and corporate wealth, reflects a shifting global dynamic. Increasingly, lifestyle quality, fiscal advantages, and geopolitical stability are shaping the location choices of the world's wealthy elite.
