Helen 'thrilled' to become ambassador for charity

GRIMSBY-BORN broadcaster and award-winning podcast host Helen Fospero has been announced as a new ambassador for the international eye care charity, Orbis.

Helen is best known for presenting on Sky News, Five News, appearing on the ITV breakfast sofa, and reporting for the BBC on The One Show and Watchdog.

As GMTV’s US Correspondent, Helen covered the aftermath of the September 11 attacks. She hosts The Convex Conversation, a podcast which shares inspirational life stories, and co-hosts True Criminals, a podcast with Sky's Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt.

In May this year, Helen chaired a prestigious panel event with Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Edinburgh at Orbis’s annual Visionaries Reception.
