Sharing support Sky's the limit for transformed Caroline

A WOMAN has transformed her life losing four stone and could not be happier. Now she is her using her success to shape a whole new career helping other people change their lives and achieve their weight loss dreams too.

Caroline Woosnam, 60, from Tuffley, is an employee at a petrol station. She has recently trained as a consultant for Slimming World and has just started a group in Gloucester this month after paragliding to celebrate her weight loss.

She said: "When I first joined Slimming World as a member, I never dreamed that I would end up helping other people to lose weight but now I just can't wait to get started.

"After losing four stone and completing my training, it's now a privilege for me to be able to pass on the experience, insight and understanding that helped me.

"It isn’t just about changing what you eat. Becoming more active is important too.
