Food festival Celebrity chefs are lined up for city celebration

THE celebrity chef line up for the annual Gloucester Quays food festival has been announced.
The completely free to enter, two day event is set to draw crowds from all over the county, with more than 160 stalls and family-friendly entertainment at the festival.
The Gloucester Quays food festival is on Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20. The weekend will feature live cookery sessions from a range of celebrity chefs, including Phil Vickery, Matt Tebutt and Great British Bake Off 2024 winner, Georgie Grasso, alongside a vibrant line-up of artisan traders.
The event is hosted on both days by chef, TV presenter and author, Chris Bavin in an open-air Cookery Theatre in Mariners Square. So if you love cooking or simply watching talented TV chefs show you how it's done, the festival is a 'must save' date for your diary this summer.
