Cotterill praise for his subs after late leveller

FOREST Green Rovers boss Steve Cotterill praised his substitutes for their desire after Good Friday's 1-1 National League draw at Yeovil Town.

A stoppage time equaliser from Ryan Inniss cancelled out Sonny Blu Lo-Everton’s first-half opener to give Rovers a point on the road.
“I thought they were great,’ Cotterill said on the changes made with around 20 minutes to go.
“It would have been easier for us, but they (Yeovil) almost matched us back up again. I thought the lads were really good, certainly in that last 20 minutes.
“What they don’t realise is it is harder to turn the game around after a poor start than it is to start the game well.
“We started with two strikers and I am not convinced on it and neither are they (the players), we had a look at it today to see how it goes, when you have lost a couple of games then you can change a couple of things just in case you have missed something”
Rovers had an early chance when Harry Cardwell was found on the edge of the box, but his effort was unable to cause Aidan Stone any difficulty in the Glovers’ goal.
Yeovil were ahead with their first shot on target of the game after Lo-Everton was found in the box for an easy shot past Ted Cann.
half, but that wasn’t going to stop him getting on the score sheet.
