'Asbolute idiot' drug dealer busted

AN "ABSOLUTE idiot" was found with more than £10,000 worth of cannabis when officers carried out a raid at his home.

He was released on bail but was found with more cannabis and cocaine when another raid took place.

Liam Donnelly, 47, was first visited by police at his home in Bridgend on October 15, 2023, and a search was carried out of the premises. A large quantity of cannabis and various tablets were discovered, concealed in bags and boxes.

A sentencing hearing at Newport Crown Court on June 13 heard a total of 1,073g of cannabis was discovered, with a street value of £10,730.

A total of 189 of bromazalom were found as well as five tablets of oxandrolone, with a combined street value between £95 and £120.
