Sunil Vatsala Baliram Gaikwad, former Member of Parliament and Parliament Ratna Awardee from Latur Lok Sabha constituency, was honored with the "National Gem Social Pride Lifetime Achievement Award" in recognition of his outstanding contributions in the fields of social service, education, literature, and politics.

The award was presented at a grand ceremony organized by the Kalajeevan Institute of Amravati at the Dnyanjyoti Savitribai Phule Auditorium in Pune.
The award was conferred in the esteemed presence of Yuvraj Thakare, President of the Institute; Meghraj Raje Bhosale, President of the Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal; renowned writer and social activist Dr. Alka Naik; social worker Sanjay Kulkarni Supekar; popular actress Mayuri Pramodrao Navate; and Advocate Ramesh Rathod.
