PM Narendra Modi chaired a meeting with EAM S Jaishankar, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, NSA Ajit Doval, CDS General Anil Chauhan, COAS General Upendra Dwivedi, CNS Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, CAS Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri & other officials during a meeting at the PM's residence, after the announcement of ceasefire between India and Pakistan, in New Delhi, on Saturday.
