Farage’s ‘racist’ policies will tear UK apart: PM

PRIME MINISTER KEIR Starmer dialed up his political attacks on right-wing populist leader Nigel Farage, calling his proposal to deport some legal migrants already living in Britain racist and immoral.

"I do think it's a racist policy," Starmer told the BBC at the beginning of his governing Labour Party's annual conference in Liverpool on Sunday. "It's immoral and we need to call it out for what it is." The premier made the distinction that he did not think those considering voting for Farage's Reform UK party are racist.
