Pandey stresses capacity building for cyber resilience

Cyberattacks are no longer isolated incidents; they will rank among the top five global risks over the next decade, he said at a cybersecurity training programme, organised by Rashtriya Raksha University, in collaboration with Sebi. In today's hyper-connected world, systemic risk is not an abstract academic term, but a lived reality, Pandey said.
