HERO MOTOCORP is expected to deliver about 6% compound annual growth in volumes between FY26 and FY28, driven by fresh model launches and rising exports.
Revenue, Ebitda and net profit are projected to growat roughly 8%, 11% and 12% a year over the same period. At about 22.5 times and 19.6 times estimated earnings for FY26 and FY27, the stock appears attractivelyvalued. The brokerage reiterates its 'Buy' rating with a TP of ₹6,500, based on 20 times September-2027 earnings and including the value of stakes in Hero FinCorp and Ather Energy after a 20% holding-company discount.
