Housing plan set out for car park

A PLAN has been unveiled to replace a car park in Exeter city centre with a massive housing block.
A computer generated image has been released for the regeneration of the Mary Arches car park site.
Developer Eutopia Exeter Arches Ltd has set out its vision to replace what it described as an “ugly concrete multi-storey” with a “landmark” housing development.
The car park would be demolished and replaced with a multi-storey co-living development of around 300 units.
The company now wants to hear what the public thinks about the plan.
Director Lorna Henderson said: “We're really pleased to be bringing forward our proposals for this key site.
