EX-FIRST LADY SPEAKS OUT AHEAD OF RIOT HEARING
MICHELLE OBAMA said she was "terrified" at the prospect of Donald Trump returning to the White House as the ex-president battled to clear one of the many legal hurdles in his way.
Ahead of Monday's Republican party selection caucuses in Iowa, Mr Trump was due today to argue before a Washington judge that presidential immunity should block a federal case against him over the Capitol Hill riot by a mob of his supporters in January 2021.
Mrs Obama, the wife of America's first black president, also suggested there was a double standard in relation to Mr Trump's multiple legal battles.
