Summer in London is amazing. There are rooftop bars, parks for picnics and plenty of spots to watch sunsets over the skyline. However, there's also the challenge of commuting on the tube in 25C heat (which in London, can feel like 100C). It can feel impossible to dress appropriately and of course fashionably for both the heat and the humidity.

For those who work in an office environment, it can be a struggle to find an outfit that you'll both look and feel great in. Although corporate dress codes have relaxed in recent years, there's still certain rules to follow, and striking the perfect balance between remaining professional and comfortable is a difficult task. Megan Watkins, head stylist at Silk Fred, and Alison Lowe, stylist and fashion lecturer at University of East London (UEL), share their expert tips.
