World Quality Day events at Primary

Best design The Cargen Bears by Freya, Casey, Alice, Millie and Hallie with the judges from Mylar Speciality Films

All the pupils at Cargenbridge Primary School in Dumfries were involved in a World Quality Day Project and worked in partnership with Mylar Speciality Films.

The theme this year was Think Differently and those children who had not been to the Dumfries site before made a visit to see what their working environment was like in comparison to their own school environment.

The children were then given a challenge to design and create something which will make life easier for someone using certain materials.

Unbeknown to head teacher, Mrs Elaine Watson, this was changed to design and create something which will make HER life easier after she retires in December.

The children and staff did so well keeping this a secret from her.
