Water company called after burst main closes main route

A MAIN Derby route was closed after a burst water main flooded the area.

Bus operator Trentbarton confirmed that the A52 Ashbourne Road was closed in both directions between Markeaton Island (A38) and Radbourne Lane.
One onlooker reported seeing water coming from Markeaton Lane at about 4.30am yesterday.
