Dessert cafe closes for 'two days' as part of council investigation

A DESSERT café in Derby city centre has temporarily closed amid a health investigation.

Café chain Heavenly Desserts is in London Road next to Derbion shopping centre.

A sign on the front entrance says the venue is closed due to “essential repairs”. The nature of the repairs needed is currently unknown. A staff member did not disclose details when asked by the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS).
