Unhappy ace Isak hits out at Newcastle
Daily Voice
|August 21, 2025
ALEXANDER Isak has publicly expressed his desire to leave Newcastle United, accusing the club of breaking promises and misleading fans.
Isak wrote on Instagram stories: “When promises are broken and trust is lost, the relationship can’t continue. Change is in the best interests of everyone, not just myself.”
Isak, who was reportedly the subject of a £110 million (R2.6 billion) bid from Liverpool, was named in the PFA Premier League Team of the 2024-25 season, but declined to attend the awards ceremony on Tuesday due to uncertainty over his future.
