Parow Valley family mourn murdered son who wanted to become a mechanic
A PAROW Valley family is battling to come to terms with the untimely passing of their youngest son, who was robbed of his future in the early hours of Saturday morning while with friends.
Egan Sampson, 24, was with his friends when he was gunned down in Denton Street, Ravensmead.
His mother said she is unable to speak as her ‘heart is in pieces’.
According to hartseer dad James Sampson, the ordeal began at 6am when he saw that Egan had not returned home from his night out.
After failing to get in touch with him on his phone, Sampson said he got a call from one of Egan’s friends.
The dad explained: “I went to the house of the people who were looking for me. There, his friend took me to the guy he was with.
