Wooden-spooners WP are ready to take flight in the Currie Cup, says Duvenage
THE Western Province aeroplane is ready for take off in this year's Currie Cup Premier Division.
So says Province assistant coach, Dewaldt Duvenage, ahead of the Kaapse span's crunch fourth Currie Cup game against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
WP find themselves stuck at the bottom of the Currie Cup standings with three losses and zero points.
All three of their defeats to the Bulls, Lions and Griquas have been by margins of 20 points or more.
