THE City of Cape Town are calling on mense to apply for the title deeds of their council homes.

The City's housing department are going across the metro, helping people become home-owners.

Mayco Member for Human Settlements, Councillor Carl Pophaim says: "The City is working hard to create more homeowners by handing out deeds, providing security of tenure and adding to financial stability.
