Army chief: We'll defend allies
THE British Army is "ready to fight" Russia "tonight" if it invades eastern Europe, a top military chief vowed.
Lieutenant Gen Sir Rob Magowan insisted the UK would never shy away from defending an ally amid growing nuke threats from Mad Vlad Putin.
