McKenna will cost Bhoys

CELTIC will have to fork out at least £5m for Kieran McKenna and his backroom staff if they want the Ipswich boss to replace Brendan Rodgers.

The Northern Irishman has emerged as the clear frontrunner to succeed his fellow countryman Rodgers, who sensationally quit on Monday after a bitter fallout with majority shareholder Dermot Desmond.

StarSport understands Martin O'Neill, who has been installed as interim boss alongside Bhoys hero Shaun Maloney, has already recommended the Tractor Boys gaffer as the ideal pick to take over at Celtic Park - but he won't come cheap.
