STRUBER OUT TO KEEP BALL IN HIS COURT

November 01, 2025

GERHARD STRUBER has told his BRISTOL CITY players the plan is to stick to football.

The Robins go in search of a fourth straight win at STOKE today, with City's Austrian boss (above) keen not to see the game become an end-to-end battle.

He said: "I don't like it when we have basketball moments in a football game. I like it when we have control." DERBY boss John Eustace is a big fan of Chris Wilder but still hopes to put a dent in SHEFFIELD UNITED'S survival bid.

The Blades have won two of their last three games to climb off the bottom since Wilder's return and host a Rams side looking for a third straight win.
