Sister's playing games

MY sneaky sister is pretending to be kind, but I don't trust her.

She recently sold her flat and has moved into our mum's house.

She's making out that she’s helping and supporting mum, but I’m convinced she’s attempting to take over the property.

I think she wants power of attorney.

My mother is completely lucid but lonely. She is grateful for any company.
