'Shock & thrill' at Levy decision
Daily Star
|September 06, 2025
TOTTENHAM fans have heralded Daniel Levy's departure as the chance for a new era of success.

One supporters' group said the news had “shocked and thrilled” in equal measure as Levy had been at the helm for 25 years.
Levy announced on Thursday that he was standing down as executive chairman and it has since emerged the move had been orchestrated by the Lewis family, who control ownership of the North London club.
Spurs have won just two trophies in the last 25 years - the second was the Europa League in May - but Levy has overseen the building of the club's £1bn stadium.
