She's got gym fit while I've got fat

MY wife has joined a gym and looks amazing.

She puts me to shame. She's treated herself to a brand new wardrobe and I can see other people thinking: “What's she doing with that loser?”

I hate how I look and can't bring myself to have sex with her. She deserves better but I don't know what to do about my life, which is spiralling out of control.

I hate the gym and have no willpower. I can't stop drinking or eating junk, or lose weight.

My body is flabbier and more unattractive than ever. While she's going out in figure-hugging active wear, I'm slobbing around in baggy tracksuits.

I loathe myself and my lack of willpower. I'm sleeping in the spare room because I'm determined not to let her see me naked. What can I say when she accuses me of neglecting her?
