Rat deserting a stinking tip

A BIRMINGHAM MP jetted off on a luxury business trip to Japan as rats as big as dogs prowl his stinking city during a bin strike crisis.

Liam Byrne was one of several MPs who extended trips for a holiday after a parliamentary “fact finding mission” to the country.

Japan is renowned for having some of the world’s cleanest streets. Meanwhile Mr Byrne's constituents remain living in stench-filled squalor as piles of rotting junk mount up all over Britain’s second city.
