JESY Nelson is filming an extra episode of her docuseries to raise awareness of SMA, the condition her babies have.

The former Little Mix star charts her journey in the six-part Amazon series Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix.

It shows twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe being diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a rare muscle-wasting condition.
