A HERO paramedic mown down in the Liverpool parade attack has told how he shook off his injuries to help others.

Jay Vernon feared he was in the middle of a “terrorist attack” when Paul Doyle drove into the crowd celebrating Liverpool's league title.

Over 100 people, ranging from kids aged as young as six months to a 78-year-old woman, were injured.
