Edwards stands by Strand Larsen after bid rejected

WOLVES boss Rob Edwards says Jorgen Strand Larsen will be involved in his squad for today’s trip to Manchester City despite a transfer bid from Leeds.

The Norway striker (left) was the subject of an offer from the Elland Road club several days ago, but it did not meet Wolves' valuation, which is understood to be around £40m.

Talks are still ongoing, but Leeds have yet to formally bid again.
