FEARGAL Sharkey is in a flap after seagulls not water firms were blamed for our poo-filled waterways.
The Environment Agency said “birds, dogs and other local issues” are fouling rivers and seas.
It made the claim after publishing data showing the sea at one in seven holiday hotspots is now too rancid for swimming.
