JAZZA DICKENS might have started from the bottom but he's very much here now.

Dickens, 34, was given an early Christmas present when he was crowned super-featherweight world champion this month.

But life at the top is a far cry from his childhood trauma.

His dad, Colin, was a heroin addict and Dickens himself was almost dragged down a similar road.

However, father and son have flipped their scripts.

Dickens Sr has been clean for 16 years and his lad shrugged: "I've achieved something, but big deal. My story is nothing compared to my dad's.
