ANDY ROBERTSON has spoken to Liverpool about a new contract - but could still follow Trent Alexander-Arnold out of the Anfield exit door.

The Reds are closing in on a £40m deal to land left-back Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth this summer.

Kerkez, 21, would expect to be a regular starter if he lands on Merseyside for that sum, but Robertson, 31, has spoken to the champions about his own future as he heads into the last year of his contract.

"We’ve had good discussions, me and the club," said the Scotland defender.

"But what the future holds, I’m not sure.
