EMMERDALE is set to air a "harrowing" domestic abuse storyline.
Belle King, played by Eden. Taylor-Draper, will be put through hell at the hands of her husband Tom, played by James Chase.
It's being done to raise awareness about coercive control and mental abuse.
Eden said: "It is an important story to tell.
