Cooper's Hill race shows UK is crazy

Noël Coward released a song "Mad Dogs and Englishmen" but does it infer that the dogs are mad, or that Englishmen as well as the dogs are mad?

It looks like there is conclusive proof of the English peoples' madness with the running, yet again, of the Cooper's Hill Cheese Rolling competition bringing together some the best of the British.
