FORMER EastEnders favourite JOE SWASH reckons he needs to shed a few pounds in 2025.

Joe, 42, admitted: "Yes! I've definitely got to try and lose my dad bod.

"I need to get down to the gym." Telly cooking stars, husband and wife couple JOHN TORODE and LISA FAULKNER have two things on their mind-cooking noodles and worrying less.

John, 59, said: "I made some resolutions last year and I haven't done any of them.

image"I was going to learn to do hand-pulled noodles I must learn to make those."

Lisa, 52, added: "I always say, 'Next year I'm not going to worry, and then I worry the whole year!"

Death in Paradise star ARDAL O'HANLON told us he wants to be a "better person" next year.

The 59-year-old stand-up said: "You just have this kind of general thing, just trying to improve.

"Just be a better person, be a better husband, be a better father, be a better son, you know, all of those things.

"I don't plan to reduce my alcohol intake or anything like that or change my diet too dramatically.

"Unfortunately, I love my food and wine too much to do anything about that and I do actually play plenty of sport and exercise.
