BLAST IS BLOW TO PEACE TALK PLAN

A RUSSIAN general was killed after a car blast in the Moscow region yesterday, which threatens to scupper peace talks with Ukraine.

Yaroslav Moskalik, 59, died after walking past a parked VW Golf which exploded.

Moskalik, inset, was thrown “several metres away” by the blast near his home.

Nobody has yet claimed responsibility for the attack in the city of Balashikha.
