A TRAINER says it was sheer luck that her horse was not spooked by a plastic beer cup hurled in his direction.

Due To Henry narrowly missed a collision with the object when taking Windsor's final race on Monday evening.

The incident led widespread outrage as racecourse chiefs launched a probe to identify the culprit.
