TOMAS SOUCEK is praying he can thank old boss David Moyes for saving West Ham from relegation - yet again.

And if that happens today then Czech star Soucek reckons it will feel as good as lifting a trophy.

The Hammers can only beat the drop by winning at home to Leeds and then learning that fourth-from-bottom Tottenham have lost.

Spurs, who will kick off two points ahead of their London rivals, host Everton, Moyes' current team.

The Scot had two spells as Hammers boss - and began both by steering them away from the drop.

It is ironic, therefore, that West Ham need a big favour from the manager who went on to lead them to European glory but walked away from the club because of fan grumbles about his playing style.
