OASIS STAR EYES £250M HITS SALE

NOEL Gallagher is ready to listen to offers for his music catalogue after the Oasis tour.

The songwriting supremo regains the entire publishing rights to the band’s biggest hits this year after previously deferring taking advances.

And going on tour has created the biggest shop window for a potential sale estimated to make him up to £250million.

Merck Mercuriadis, founder of Hipgnosis Songs Capital, which has bought the rights to the music of stars ranging from Neil Young to Justin Timberlake, was in Cardiff for the first show on Friday, perhaps eyeing a deal.
