Red alert for Salah and Co reckons Don

- BY MICHAEL HAM

DON HUTCHISON says Liverpool's new recruits have to appreciate what playing for the club means - and start acting like it.

Liverpool have lost three games in a row, the first time Arne Slot has done that in his managerial career so far.

A clash with Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United is next up after the international break.

And former Liverpool midfielder Hutchison wants Anfield’s new stars to finally get going.

He has also raised fears over talisman Mo Salah’s drop in form.

Slot splashed the cash on Alexander Isak, Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez, Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong in the summer - and Hutchison is not impressed so far.

“The new signings have not hit the ground running” he said. “Frimpong is not playing well. He's lost his confidence, he can't get the team going.

“Kerkez, I thought he would have been fine coming from Bournemouth.
