MOTOWN-LOVING loving ghosts that show up when soul music plays are haunting a boozer.

The Lattice House is plagued by spooky goings-on.

Landlord Perry Sturge said there are “loads” of spirits living there - and they show up when he plays soul music.

In January CCTV footage emerged showing a full glass of beer toppling on to the floor with no one nearby.

Perry admitted that the incident had left several customers shaken.
