CHRISTMAS is such hell for Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne that he once sank a vat of beer to beat his festive blues.

But the Black Sabbath icon’s plan to drink himself into oblivion backfired.

The singer, who was sacked from the band over his drinking, had such a high tolerance to booze that he finished the barrel before the big day.
