Ticket touts still avoiding scrutiny

THE UK's consumer watchdog has been asked to explain why it has failed to take any action to stop ticket touts cashing in on the Oasis Scottish shows.
The Record can reveal the Competition and Markets Authority - given tougher new powers earlier this year - was handed details of major breaches of UK ticketing laws.
But a flood of illegal briefs ended up being flogged on secondary ticketing sites.
