Skating has made me feel 20 years younger

The Springwatch presenter is not only the last woman standing in the ITV competition, at 58 she’s also the oldest by nearly two decades.
But that hasn't slowed her down on the ice, instead it's lit a fire inside her.
And she has a lot to celebrate because the gruelling training has transformed her physically too.
As she prepares to take on former footballer Anton Ferdinand, 40, and Corrie’s Sam Aston, 31, in the final, Michaela says the show has left her feeling so body confident she’s happy to rock a bikini.
“I feel 20 years younger because I'm using my body in a different way and just feeling so much fitter,” says the telly host, who is partnered with Mark Hanretty, 39, on the ice.
“My body is probably in the best shape it's been for a long time. I've lost weight and I've toned up. It’s funny because I'd gone from wearing bikinis to wearing one pieces because as you get older, you might not be overweight, but your skin changes.
“And it's not something I wanted to show off.
“But when I went home for Christmas, for the first time in ages I wore a bikini because I thought this body isn't going to last, this shape is not going to last, let's show it off!
“I've lost half a stone doing this and I've really toned up. I've lost so much weight around my waist, not that I'm complaining! I'm 58 years old and I've got a smaller waist than I had 20 years ago. This is great!”
