Figures show booze-related Call for tighter controls on incidents at airports are soaring alcohol access for travellers

THE Daily Record has reported a series of alarming drunken incidents at Scotland's airports in recent years.

In 2023, an oil and gas worker was caught on camera abusing female airport staff in a foulmouthed rant.

The man was blocked from boarding a flight at Edinburgh Airport after his gate closed.
