Scots can do something special in Paris

STEVE TANDY has called on Scotland to rise to the occasion and “do special things" when they face France on Saturday.

The vast majority of the 80,000 crowd at the Stade de France will be roaring the home team on in the final Six Nations game as Les Bleus go for the win that will guarantee them the title.

And after beating Ireland in Dublin, the French are sure to be formidable opponents.

But defence specialist Tandy reckons his players will be inspired, not intimidated, by the atmosphere in Paris.

The Scotland coach said: “Six Nations, probably outside of the World Cup, is the biggest tournament in the world.
