Opening of new library is a thriller for Camilla

THE Queen said she wished more libraries were being opened as she celebrated a thriving example.
Camilla spoke to librarians, figures from the annual literary festival and leading writers as she officially launched Ratho Library in Edinburgh.
Her words were echoed by crime writer Sir Ian Rankin, who said: "Without libraries I wouldn't be here.”
